Something that I pride myself on is not letting my people get steamrolled either by a seller or a buyer. As a representative of my clients I know that they are making emotional and financial decisions to invest or sell. I have been in the position to advise against a purchase even when it was in my best interest for them to do so. It's not all about getting paid. I have learned that making a decision that is in there best interest is by far in my best interest than making a quick sale.
