Sloan’s Lake is conveniently located just 10 minutes west of downtown Denver. The neighborhood is near the Highlands, LoHi, LoDo, and other popular neighborhoods that have recently been redeveloped.

Sloan’s Lake offers an architecturally diverse selection of homes ranging from historic brick bungalows to new post-modern homes. You will also find single-family homes in a variety of styles and sizes, and luxury condominiums. Sloan’s Lake offers a diverse commercial district with numerous restaurants, bars, craft beer restaurants, and more.

Sloan’s Lake Park is the most defining feature of the neighborhood and is the second largest park in Denver. At 177 acres, the park’s residents take part in their favorite outdoor activities, including hiking, jogging, bicycling, fishing, boating, basketball, and tennis.

Sloan’s Lake Park also hosts the Dragon Boat Festival every summer, which celebrates Asian American culture. The festival was named by 5280 Magazine as one of Colorado’s greatest festivals featuring performing arts stages with live shows, the outdoor Asian marketplace, a food court, and numerous activities for the whole family.
