Mountain Mortgage is here to help you. Buying a home is a complicated process. With the intense regulatory oversight, you need experienced professionals to guide you. We begin with the Do’s and Don’ts of Homebuying so we get off on the right foot.

We then listen to your Homebuying goals, both short term and long term. Then it’s onto the loan application so we can do a complete review of your credit and financial condition. We gather all this information and begin looking at the financing alternatives. We present side by side alternatives, a short version and the long version. The shortened version shows totals and is very condensed so you can filter through the choices easily. The long version goes into the details and allows you to see line items, and makes you comfortable looking at the short version and what it represents. By looking at these financing options, you can start zeroing in on the your purchase price, how much down payment you want to put down, and ultimately the monthly payment that goes with your purchase. With all this you can confidently go forward and buy that dream home you have always wanted.

I will be your contact from start to finish. The buck stops with me and I am responsible for your file. I collect your information and create an underwriting file that is complete and conveys your ability to qualify for a loan. With our years of experience and direct contact with Underwriters, we are able to minimize surprises and move onto the most important thing, a timely and painless closing. I will not kid you, the real estate collapse has not made purchasing a home easy, but with our knowledge and expertise, we will guide you through the entire transaction smoothly. Please contact me with any questions.

Promotion Description

To get a sense of how much you may be able to borrow, fill in the form below and click on the calculate button. Please note that prequalification is different from a preapproval. Prequalification gives you an estimate of how much you may be able to borrow. Preapproval, on the other hand, indicates that you have been approved for a set loan amount prior to property selection.
