DENVER -- Nobody has ever really enforced the short-term rental rules before in Denver. But now the city council is looking to overhaul the whole system.
A bill will be introduced Monday to legalize it, but there are some concerns.
One of the most popular ways to visit Denver is to live like a local and book a place on sites such as Airbnb, where you can rent some or all of your house to visitors for a few nights.
But in Denver it’s illegal.
