Well this is kinda sad, but here is what will be happening to Elitches in the coming years! Completely uderstandable from a business standpoint, the real estate is incredibly valuable.
8,000 residential units will replace the amusement and theme park including at least 700 affordable housing units.
I wonder if and where they will move Elitches to?! What are your thoughts on the redevelopment of these 58 acres?
