The good news for Condo Buyers or Sellers is now official since President Obama signed H.R. 3700 – the “Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act”. Condos are an important and affordable solutions to housing. This bill relaxes the FHA financing restriction on condos that had been a major barrier to affordable housing options.
