Home Buyers can benefit from new program

Home buyers are anticipating a new government program (Freddie Mac) that could reduce their closing costs (the cost of a traditional appraisal) and speed up the time needed to close on a home purchase. Lower costs and quicker closing should be very appealing to home buyers. With all the home data that is now available I predict that this will become a more common occurrence.
