The Westridge neighborhood in Highlands Ranch is an established community located just off South Santa Fe Drive and off Town Center Drive and Redstone Park. Westridge’s development commenced in 1990 and is now fully complete. Red Stone Park is nearby, offering several amenities, including a creek-side shelter, a fishing pond and pier, gazebos, a playground, picnic tables, a skate park, plus tennis and basketball courts.
Westridge offers a variety of homes, ranging from carefree condominiums to spacious single-family homes. The neighborhood is located near an amazing array of shopping, dining, recreational, and business conveniences. Westridge is served by the Douglas County School district, and several golf courses, places of worship, hospitals, and concert venues are located just minutes away.
