They may require some changes or accept them as is. If interested in building duplexes, the City said you would need to start with the pre-app meeting and bring your own design, etc. and start from the beginning. Sounds like they would be open to the duplexes, but would require a zoning change. It is already residential, so you would not need to change the zoning to build multiple homes.
