There is a 24-hour guard gate at the main entrance. (prices subject to change without notice until reservation fees are paid and confirmed). The community offers 2 Clubhouses, a Bar and Grill Room, Fine Dining Restaurant, Poolside Tiki Bar, Resort Style Pools, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts and an on-site Tennis Pro Shop. There are 2 modern fitness centers, 8 Pickleball Courts, a Conference Room, a Card Room and Basketball. There are many special events and activities to fill your day. River Strand is located near I-75 giving easy access to University Town Center Mall, The Ellenton Premium Outlets and easy commute to Tampa, Sarasota and St Petersburg/Clearwater airports. The Gulf Coast Beaches along Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island are also within 30 minutes. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Utilities, cable or streaming channels and WIFI are included. 30-day minimum stay required, however we reserve the right to limit high season stays January - April to 90 days. Dec 1 - April 30: $8500 per month* // May 1 - Nov 30: $6000 per month* (*additional fees & taxes apply). Prices shown are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Additional charges will be: a refundable Security Deposit ($1500) or a non-refundable Damage Protection Insurance ($55), Departure Cleaning Fee ($300), Booking fee ($250.00), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time of booking). Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
