Bet Llavador, REALTOR®
My work ethic is grounded in a standard for excellence, integrity, and personal attention. I operate under the guiding principles to always put my clients’ needs first and to always do what is right. I believe that how I treat each client and the level of service I provide will directly affect the future success of my business, so the legacy I leave with each client is extremely important to me.
My goal as a real estate agent is to provide superb customer service and a seamless, enjoyable experience while helping my clients buy or sell a home. I love walking alongside people and serving them in the middle of such a crucial time in their lives.
When you work with me, you can expect:
- HONESTY: I believe transparency is the essential foundation of my relationships with my clients. I value and protect my clients’ trust by always being honest with you.
- ADVOCACY: I’m in your corner, and I operate with your best interest in mind. I’m not a salesperson; I represent you and always put your needs first. I negotiate skillfully on your behalf, but you always have the final say.
- COMMUNICATION: You will always know what’s going on in your transaction because I regularly touch base with you, so you never have to wonder. I’m available and responsive, and never too busy to get back to you.
- HUSTLE: Nobody will work harder for you than me! Whether it’s arranging showings, understanding contracts, coming up with an offer strategy, negotiating a better deal, or answering any questions you might have; I work for you and your goals are my goals.
If you are thinking about buying or selling a home, I would love to sit down with you for coffee and answer any questions you may have about the process and the current real estate market!
Bet was born and raised in a small town by the Mediterranean, near Barcelona, Spain. She speaks both Spanish and Catalan, and loves the beach as much as the mountains. When she was 16, she moved to Crested Butte, Colorado, where fell in love with Colorado's beauty and lifestyle in between ski days, summer hikes, camping adventures, and alpine lake swims. She went on to attend Colorado State University in Fort Collins. After graduating with honors, she moved to Denver, where she started her real estate career. When she's not showing houses or negotiating a good deal for her clients, you can find her in the mountains with her husband and her dog, at Wash Park with some friends, or checking out Denver's newest happy hour spot.
