HOW IT WORKS
1. The Call Individuals and families contact EBTH to help them sell a home full of items that have accumulated over a lifetime. Consultations are entirely free.
2. The Prep Our experts sort, evaluate, photograph, and describe each item that will be sold. We arrange for pickup of things that should be donated or thrown away. We literally handle everything but the house — which is unique to EBTH’s offering.
3. The Sale The sale goes live! All sales run for seven (7) days and every item starts at $1. After fast and furious bidding, the sale closes and we manage payment, pickup, and shipping for every item.
4. The Proceeds We leave the home empty from wall-to-wall for our sellers and provide an itemized inventory and settlement check. On average, EBTH sale proceeds are 3-5 times higher than traditional alternatives (auctions, consignment shops, etc.).
